This is a really nice piece. Love that it's an action pose too. I'm adding this to the faves list.

tnx man ;)

Nice work on this pic. You definitely got some nice shading and colors. Is this Clannad?

Knightfanghentai responds:

no just some random girl i thought of :) although she does look like from clannad hehe

Real nice work on this. I tried 3D rendering a few times and can't quite get the hang of light flares, which you pulled off quite well. It helps set the mood of this Noire style piece. I love it. Keep up the good work.

Kel-chan responds:

use videocopilot flares from after effects. they do some sort of calculation on the scene for shadow maps

I remember watching that movie. Really great work on this drawing.

Can I keep her? :3

Knightfanghentai responds:

sure you can! nyaa~

Definitely a keeper XD

DidiEsmeralda responds:

XD hahaha

Love your work. Personally, I think maybe some of the foreplay with the giant could be her body rubbing his junk. It's a popular approach, but there are ways to be creative with it too ;)

stone-sorceress responds:

we'll definitely have plenty of rubbing... and riding... and sliding ;]

5/5 for cuteness factor alone.

NekoStar responds:

Thanks! X3 Glad you like it!

Looks good XD Always enjoy seeing your art.

It's really good, but I think it's fair someone offers a constructive critique.

The lines are smooth and the inking is clean, the coloring is nice and soft, however, you should be a little more careful about proportions, specifically in terms of where they relate to the viewer (the character is fine, no worries. The only real thing I find wrong with the image is that she lays on her back with the viewer at an oblique upward angle, however the proportioning from the focal point to the horizon make it look like she's either a couple dozen stories tall, or that there is a spatial warp that somewhat stretches her (mild exaggeration, but you get the idea). Other than that, no issues and really nice work.

4 stars on overall image,
5 stars on artwork

i'm so grateful for this critique, thanks a lot!
yeah, i see what you mean.. i don't know why i didn't notice that :P
i should probably hold up the paper several times during sketching to check proportions before inking

I work for a video game development agency Live Ops Team. Between testing games and panning new ones, I find less time than I like for relaxing projects.
